The user may choose to:

1 Request shipment of eligible items, or
2 Sell the item back to MyDrop24 for cryptocurrency redemption value.

Cryptocurrency Redemption

Cryptocurrency is provided exclusively as redemption value for eligible prizes.
Cryptocurrency redemption is not a withdrawal of deposited funds or account balances.
Only prizes obtained through mystery box openings may be redeemed.
MyDrop24 reserves the right to apply verification procedures prior to redemption.

Eligible prizes may be shipped physically depending on item availability and destination country.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery times may vary.
